Refund Policy
All webinar and course registrations are final. No refunds will be issued once payment has been successfully completed.
1. All Sales Are Final
Once a payment for a live webinar or course is successfully completed, that registration is final. Because seats are reserved and operational costs are incurred immediately upon registration, PromptWeb Academy does not issue refunds under any circumstances after payment is confirmed.
2. Review Before You Pay
Users are responsible for carefully reviewing all course and webinar details, including schedule, content, format, and pricing, before making a payment. By completing payment, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood these details.
3. No Refunds for the Following
- Absence from a live webinar or class session
- Schedule conflicts on the user's side
- Late joining or missing part of a session
- Change of mind after registration
- Technical issues, internet connectivity, or device problems on the user's side
4. Rescheduled or Cancelled Sessions
In the rare event that PromptWeb Academy cancels a webinar or course session, registered users will be offered an alternate session date. This is the sole remedy provided in such circumstances.
